SMG to Manual (6MT) Swaps - $7000.00

We have been swapping the E46 M3 from SMG to Manual for about 10 years - have swapped over 120 cars using all brand new parts and correct factory level coding and 100% functionality, like cruise control, traction control and an updated Manual Tune file.

We use all brand new parts including a new clutch kit, shifter hardware, Leather M gear knob, gear boot and all new hydraulics. The advantage to converting to manual using an SMG box means that the synchro’s are usually in much better condition than a factory manual box. (They haven’t been exposed to poor gear changes)

We understand buying a clean M3 in the perfect cosmetic combo can be hard, especially when wanting a Manual setup. Our service solves the issue of being restricted to SMG or non-running SMG systems, which are much more common than a manual setup. Its also a cost effective way of repairing your failing SMG setup that you dont wish to spend thousands on to repair.

S54 Conrod Bearing Upgrades - $2800.00

We remove your old bearings and assess wear and damage factors. We then find the best solution for your rod bearing shell replacement / upgrade. Most S54 engine can be pro-actively swapped out with new specific clearance bearings to get your pin to rod shell clearance to 1.5 thousandths of an inch.

During this process you will have a new set of engines mounts supplied and installed, new sump gasket, and of course new oil and filter giving your engine an oil service at the same time.

Engine Oil Service - $420.00

We offer complete services on your M3, starting with a general health check and an engine oil change. Using 10w60 Penrite Race Oil, and a German oil filter, your S54 engine is getting the correct attention it needs to give the best chance of a long and happy life.

It is imperative that any ‘S’ engine is only ever run on oil that is in excellent condition. Any break downs in the oil from fuel and water contamination, or overdue oil changes can cause some serious damage. These are a tight clearance engine and require a high level of care.
